User Policy
Data Collection:
We collect the candidate's name, email address, phone number, and geolocation data during registration. Attendance records include timestamps and location.
Purpose of Data Collection:
We collect user data to register candidate to by using personal details which we have asked such as name, mobile number, Aadhar number, Bank Account number etc.
Data Sharing:
We do not share user data with third parties, except Aadhar Bank and PAN details which are used for KYC, which are shared with the respective employer for payroll and reporting purposes.
Data Security:
We use robust encryption to safeguard user data, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security audits to ensure data security.
User Rights:
Users have the right to request access to, correct, or delete their personal information. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.
Geolocation Data Usage:
Geolocation data is used solely for marking employee attendance and will not be used for other purposes.
Third-Party Services:
We use Google Maps, Zoop.1 a third-party tool for location mapping and for e-KYC respectively.
Updates to Policy:
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and email.
